Qualitative Data Gathering (30 min)

Participants complete the first raw run of our preset research questions (which you can access in advance). Individual, honest answers are captured.

Phase 2: Traits & Group Dynamics

Interactive Exercises (30 min)

Individual traits and group dynamics are explored through relational psychology exercises designed to show how much we are alike and where our personal coping experiences truly diverge.

Phase 3: Personality in Action

Team Role-Play (30 min)

All participants receive specific instructions to act out a role-play scenario, designed to reveal how our core personality is brought into the workplace persona.

Phase 4: Life Design

The Odyssey Plan, Life #3 (30 min)

Using the proven Life Design Stanford model, The Odyssey Plan, participants engage in a final exercise focused on mapping possibilities for a better, more balanced future.

Phase 5: Final Check

Next-Day Questionnaire (30 min max)

A brief second run of the preset research questions (completed remotely) to solidify insights after reflection.
